Mission Statement and Goals
The Greater Kansas City Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association represents all construction subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, and suppliers. Our mission is to assist our members to operate their businesses more profitably and equitably by offering educational programs, industry liaisons, government advocacy, networking opportunities, and member benefit programs for the purchase of goods and services.
We are a construction trade association of subcontractors, specialty contractors and suppliers serving the construction industry and the community. We have two goals: first we strive to improve the construction process through active participation in education, legislation, and cooperation; second to improve overall profitability through networking, business education, industry advocacy and group purchasing services.
In everything we do, we attempt to create an equitable business environment for our members and concentrate exclusively on the business issues affecting all subcontractors, specialty trade contractors, and suppliers in the building industry.
